The Master’s program aims to strengthen the skills of professionals (social workers, educators, psychologists) within the multidisciplinary teams of Territorial Social Districts (ATS) by fostering specialization in methods and practices for integrated care and social support for children, adolescents, adults, and families facing vulnerability and/or poverty. The training pathway seeks to develop operational, reflective, and evaluative capabilities within multidisciplinary teams, enabling them to address the complex, multidimensional needs emerging in local contexts. In alignment with the National Inclusion Plan and the Essential Levels of Social Services (LEPS), the program emphasizes a participatory, "side-by-side" relational approach, the co-construction of interventions with beneficiaries, interprofessional collaboration, and social planning grounded in evidence and transformative processes
