The main University campus is located in Trieste (Piazzale Europa 1) on a high point overlooking the city. The historic building overlooking the city and other more recently constructed buildings form a true university campus which is home to offices, classrooms and laboratories for almost all the degree courses offered.

Since 1989, there has been a campus in Gorizia, situated in the former Minor Seminary, which has been appropriately renovated and expanded.

In 1991, another campus was established in Pordenone, on Via Prasecco 4/1.

Since 1997, the University has a campus in Portogruaro, province of Venice.
