High-level scientific research requires a constant economic investment, which our university guarantees by encouraging researchers to actively participate in regional, national and international calls for proposals. Other funds derive from the internal budget and are allocated, in particular, to young researchers through internal calls for proposals that aim to promote the development of new projects, consolidate advanced, basic and industrial research and promote new lines of research. Thanks to these initiatives, our university is internationally recognised as a centre of excellence in various fields.
