Science Diplomacy has become progressively important over the last two decades. It describes the intersection between foreign policy of the countries, science policies and the missions of the universities and concerns both international cooperation in research and training and the international projection of the third mission of universities. The University of Trieste has numerous experiences and plays an active role in science diplomacy international scenario.
