Therefore, if you need to certify acts or facts related to your university career to a public entity or private managers of public services, you can submit a SELF-CERTIFICATION, which replaces the certificate in all legal respects. Payments are processed via PagoPA.For graduates of Bachelor's, Specialist, Master's, and Integrated Master's programs, the Diploma Supplement is also available.Contact us using your student email address or your personal email by attaching a copy of your ID document.Additional Information:Certificates for use in Italy:These will be sent via email as a PDF file with a missing signature annotation, in accordance with Article 3, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree No. 39 of February 12, 1993.These are original, numbered documents and cannot be photocopied.Certificates for use abroad:These will be sent either:In digital format (PDF with missing signature annotation as per Article 3, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree No. 39 of February 12, 1993).In paper format with a handwritten signature (if the receiving institution requires signature legalization, you must contact the Prefecture – Territorial Office of the Government in Trieste).If you require signed certificates, you can:Request delivery via registered mail at your expense, which will be charged in the "Payments" section of the Student Online Portal (Esse3).Collect the certificate in person or through an authorized representative by scheduling an appointment via email.Arrange collection via a courier service of your choice, with costs at your expense (further instructions will be provided).Please note: Scanned copies of signed paper certificates will not be sent via email in advance.
