The course aims to provide knowledge about basic concepts related to the creation and commercialization of a new product (project, patent, manufactured object, etc.) and and to problem analysis and tools related to new product creation. More specifically it will cover: the product from its conception to its actual commercialization; the supply chain of raw materials; production and logistics; possible implications for organizational management.

Participants will develop the skills to gather information and interpret the scope of application of various tools studied in the field. The course also aims to help the development of the ability to analyse production issues, even from a communicative standpoint, before planning a solution.


The course is developed on 10 hours total. Attendance of more than 70% of the course is mandatory to access the final test, meant to consolidate the knowledge acquired.
