The aim of the course is to understand what a Business Plan is and the basic dynamics involved in setting up a new company, making the participant capable of knowing the aspects that determine its success.

The topic will be addressed by examining various approaches to the Business Plan, focusing on the so-called "break-even based" model as an industry best practice.

Quantitative tools will be integrated with qualitative ones, providing a full awareness of the relationships between value creation drivers and financial aspects, and therefore, a visible mastery in presenting the Business Plan to various stakeholders.

At the end of the course, participants will have access to spreadsheets that will allow them to independently build their own financial plans.

The course consists of a total of 50 hours. In order to access the final exam and receive the digital certificate of participation (Open Badge), a minimum attendance of over 70% of the course duration is required.
