The educational objectives of the Master’s program are to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to develop and implement protocols for post-exercise and post-injury recovery, applicable to both athletes and the general population. Specifically, the program covers the psychophysical characteristics of athletes under various conditions, as well as the physiological effects of exercise and exertion. Key injury conditions affecting different body regions and their corresponding rehabilitation protocols will be identified. Various methods for assessing exertion and recovery status will be presented. Recovery techniques—incorporating integrative approaches and multidisciplinary collaboration—will be examined in depth. Additionally, topics related to the biomedical aspects of exercise and recovery will be discussed. All subject matter will strictly adhere to the latest evidence-based guidelines. Internships, seminars, and laboratory sessions will provide students with practical experience in applying theoretical knowledge, facilitated by collaborations with industry partners.
