Recognition of academic career

If you did not pass any exams at your university of origin or if you do not request a credit transfer, you will be automatically enrolled in the first year of your chosen degree course. When the documentation arrives from your university of origin, you will receive an e-mail confirming your enrolment. You will be able to see your student ID number when you enter your Reserved area in the online Academic Services (Esse3).

If you wish to request the recognition of your academic career, please fill in the relevant section of your application form.
When the documentation arrives from your university of origin, the relevant unit of your degree course will establish in which year of study you may enrol, and which credits can be recognised. If necessary, the Admissions Office will require you to submit an individual study programme.
When the procedure is complete, the Admissions Office will send you an e-mail confirming your enrolment and official credit recognition. You will be able to see your student ID number when you enter your Reserved area in the online Academic Services (Esse3).

A transfer fee will be charged as indicated in the fees notice
