The seminar is addressed to any student of the University of Trieste who whishes to acquire practical skills in team work management, leadership development and organizational communication. Classes are meant to delve into the group dynamics of work teams, motivation and performance improvement techniques and the achievement of common objectives through focused decision making. Other crucial topics are assertive leadership styles and the development of a strong and effective team identity, regarded as not only a sum of individual skills, but also as a resource to achieve the organizational objectives of the company.

The course is meant to make the participants familiar with the dynamics and typical issues of team work and the information needed to manage work through objectives. Participants are also meant to learn how to develop work relationships and improve communication skills both within the company and with potential stakeholders, learn techniques to motivate collaborators and develop their potential. Another objective is to provide tools to build a potential team, maintain efficiency in moments of crisis, and focus on group objectives rather than just individual ones (creating a team identity).
