The Master’s program aims to train physicians who are already specialized in hematology, oncology, or internal medicine in the clinical management of patients with lymphoma and lymphoproliferative diseases.
The training will therefore focus on providing adequate knowledge in the following areas:

epidemiology, etiology, and pathophysiology;
pathological, molecular, and genomic diagnostics;
diagnostic imaging;
diagnostic classification systems and prognostic risk assessment;
chemotherapy;
immunotherapy;
radiotherapy;
stem cell transplantation;
cell therapies;
use of innovative therapies;
focus on frail elderly patients;
clinical methodology;
communication management.
The Master’s program’s teaching methodology will include lectures, practical exercises in pathology, diagnostic imaging, and radiation therapy, as well as group discussions of clinical cases, in order to facilitate the learning process through an interactive approach.
During the Master’s program, three topics of study in the field of lymphomas and lymphoproliferative diseases will be identified and developed by the students in the form of research projects; the results of these three studies will be presented by the students during the final module of the Master’s program and will constitute their Master’s theses.
