Follow the password recovery procedures for UniTS online services (Microsoft365, Online Student Service (Esse3), Moodle, etc.) according to your user category.

 

Students and staff (teaching, TA and CEL)

Students with at least one enrolment or pre-enrolment from the academic year 2021-2022 onwards

Use the password recovery service by entering:

  • Your username 
    • Students: s……@ds.units.it
    • Teaching and TA staff: <matriculation number>@ds.units.it
  • The registered mobile phone number, with no spaces between the digits

Choose a new password that is at least 14 characters long and different from those previously used.

Haven't registered your mobile number or encountering any issues?

Student: follow the instructions for user only registered or students enrolled before the 2021-2022 academic year.

User only registered or students enrolled before the 2021-2022 academic year

User only registered: a user who has not yet paid the 1st instalment of the enrolment fee for a course

Request assistance via email:

  • Attach a front and back copy of your ID document
  • Include the document's serial number and a phone number
  • Follow the instructions provided

Reminder

To login to the Online Student Services (Esse3), you can always use SPID (Public System of Digital Identity)
