Marketing and Management is a master's degree offered in Italian that aims to provide knowledge and skills for pursuing careers in the fields of marketing and business management within national and international organizational contexts. The current business landscape, further complicated by the post-pandemic era, demands preparation that takes into account sustainable development, circular economy, and the widespread adoption of digitization.
The program, initially integrated but later divided into two distinct curricula, offers the opportunity to specialize either in Marketing, delving into topics such as consumer behavior, market research, communication, international market penetration, business planning, digital marketing, and data analysis, or in Management, focusing on corporate strategy, human resource management, entrepreneurship, accounting principles, finance, data analysis, and machine learning.
These specialized skills will be complemented by common competencies in the legal, statistical, and economic domains. Throughout the master's course, there will be opportunities to engage with professionals and managers, participate in group projects, interdisciplinary workshops, and undertake an internship in a company.
