The course aims to train public and private sector operators on the topics of co-programming, co-design and partnership agreements in the relationships between Public Administration and Third Sector Entities (TSEs), with specific reference to the regulatory framework set out in the Third Sector Code (Legislative Decree no. 117/2017) and the Public Contracts Code (Legislative Decree no. 36/2023), developing a strategic understanding of how these tools can be used to support activities of general interest. The training programme integrates theoretical and practical knowledge, providing in-depth analysis of legislation, case law, procedures and applied techniques, and is complemented by workshops and contributions from institutional actors and representatives of the third sector. The professional profile resulting from the course is that of an expert in public–social private collaborative processes, capable of operating in complex contexts through the analysis of social needs, the management of participatory processes and the joint definition of interventions, following the entire procedural process up to the formalisation of partnership instruments. The programme also enables the acquisition of legal, managerial and transversal skills in executive planning, partnership management, drafting of acts and agreements, reporting, financial management and social impact assessment, also through workshop activities that develop practical skills in the preparation of calls, draft agreements and procedural simulations, promoting integration with socio-health and territorial systems and the development of innovative collaborative models oriented towards the common good.
