Off-campus students enrolled at the University of Trieste in the academic year 2023-2024 may apply for a housing rental allowance.

Participation requirements:

1.      Students must be duly enrolled at the University of Trieste in the academic year 2023-2024 on a bachelor’s, master’s or integrated master’s degree, PhD or other post-grad degree course (for students enrolled in postgraduate specialisation schools in the medical field, enrolment in the academic year 2022-2023 applies).

2.      Applicants must be off-campus students whose permanent address is in a different municipality to the rented property.

3.      Students must possess proof of having paid housing rental expenses during the year 2024.

4.      Students must belong to a household with a specific equivalent economic situation indicator for the University (ISEE Università or ISEE-U) not exceeding €20,000.00. The ISEE-U must be uploaded to the online Student Academic Services (Esse3) within the deadlines set for academic year 2023-2024 academic year and obtained from the INPS database.

5.      Students should not be receiving other public contributions for housing in the year 2024.

Applications must be submitted exclusively online using your university login details by 13:00 on 22nd August 2024. If you have any problems using your university login details, please send an email to helpesse3@amm.units.it.

Required documents:

- A photocopy of the front and back of a valid identity document or residence permit (if non-EU).

- A copy of the applicant’s rental contract for housing, duly registered.

- At least one receipt of payment of the rent paid (invoice, tax receipt, bank transfer or other instrument allowing traceability).
