Application period: from 4 July 2026 to 31 March 2027 (no exceptions)

How to apply:

1. Before submitting your application, check the deadlines, enrolment procedures and admission requirements for your chosen degree programme with your destination university.

2. do not pay the first instalment of academic year 2026-2027. Ensure however to pay any pending fees for previous years. If you have not been enrolled for one or more academic years, please read the page on the resumption of studies. 3. Fill in your application form and send it via email to the relevant section of the University Academic Services: You will be charged the €116 transfer fee after submitting your application. The payment slip will be available in your personal area of the Online Student Academic Services (Esse3) after submitting your application.

Clarifications

· You can take exams at this University up to the submission of your application.

· Once your transfer has been approved, you may apply to transfer back to the University of Trieste only from the following academic year.
