On Saturday 10 May 2025, the ‘Reflections from the Karst to the Marina’ initiative will kick off as part of the PRO-BENE-COMUNE project.

This is a cycle of 5 walks in the surroundings of the province of Trieste, from May to September, with the aim of promoting the psychophysical well-being of the participants, both through pleasant walks in nature and through opportunities for reflection on issues concerning well-being during university and/or private life (such as error management). During the walk, in fact, participants will be guided by questions on which they can dialogue together in order to become more aware of the issues addressed.

The walk on Saturday 10 May, which opens the cycle, is as follows:

NAPOLEONIC ROAD AND NATURE TRAIL
One-way trail, you choose whether to stop or return!

From 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

Departure from: Obelisk of Opicina
Arrival at: Miramare Castle
Guiding question: WHAT DO YOU AIM FOR WHEN YOU SET A GOAL?

There is the possibility of booking (maximum 24 persons) for these walks using the QR code on the attached posters. The code in fact redirects to a Google form where various information is provided, such as the need to send in the tick bite certification form and the release form at this address: https://moodle2.units.it/mod/resource/view.php?id=397888

Following registration for the various dates, people will receive e-mails with more detailed information on the activity.

This initiative, which is free of charge, has been organised with the support of CUS Trieste and together with SISSA and is organised in the framework of the PRO-BENE-COMMUNE project. By registering for the project's moodle course you will receive additional information about the project and other initiatives.
