Application period: from 6 July 2026 to 2 October 2026

1. Pay the first instalment of your university fees for academic year 2026-2027 for your degree programme of origin. If you do not find your payment slip in Esse3, please contact the section of the University Academic Services of your chosen degree programme. You must pay any pending fees from previous academic years.

2. Log in to the Online Student Academic Services (Esse3) and follow the procedure under Home>Change of course

3. Upload the transfer application form available at the end of this page in a single PDF file and pay the €16 stamp duty. PLEASE NOTE: the stamp duty must be paid for each transfer request.

4. You will be charged the transfer fee along with the second instalment when you are enrolled in the new degree programme:

o €30 if you don't request any credit recognition

o €60 if you request credit recognition Internal transfer Submit your application

Clarifications

· If you have obtained your high school diploma abroad, university offices will check your eligibility for the new degree programme.

· The relevant department will decide on any credit recognition and will establish in which year of the programme you will enrol. If you do not request any credit recognition (see application form), you will be automatically enrolled in the first year.

· You cannot take exams from the submission of your transfer application to the completion of your enrolment in the new degree programme.

· If you have applied for a transfer to your chosen degree programme, you DO NOT have to enrol in the same degree programme.

· If you want to modify your study programme within your degree programme, you DO NOT have to apply for a transfer. Please, just write to the relevant section of the Student Academic Services.
