The course offers training focusing mainly on business disciplines to develop advanced knowledge and learn methods of analysis and critical interpretation of the structures and dynamics of companies and entities. The curriculum, split into two separate curricula with an initial part in common, offers the opportunity to specialize in the following two tracks. The first is on Administration, Strategic Control, and Professional Consulting, delving into topics such as administrative management of companies, the drafting of international financial statements and business plans, the use of management control tools and extraordinary business operations; the second is on Management and Control of Logistics Processes, focusing on the management and design of logistics, transportation systems, and the corporate supply chain, as well as the dynamics and operational complexities of companies operating in the logistics and transportation sector, which represents one of the fastest growing sectors in Europe and impacts more than 8 percent of GDP in Italy.
During the course of their training, students will be involved in internships, workshops, project work, and seminars of companies' experts concerning the development of technical and transversal skills and any other valuable activity for training and placement in the job market, both in companies and in the most important consulting companies. In addition, the Master's degree in Strategy, Consulting, and Business Logistics also facilitates access to the accounting professions through the agreement with the local Association of Chartered Accountants. Students in the Logistics and Transportation curriculum will have the opportunity to participate, thanks to the support of some large companies in the area, in Transport Logistic 2025 in Munich (Germany), the world's largest trade fair on logistics, mobility, IT, and supply chain management.
