Research does not thrive solely on data, figures, books and publications. At the University of Trieste we firmly believe in all ethical values that promote a logical and rational science based on the scientific method that was born a long time ago in our own country. We promote an inclusive research environment, open also to those who would receive limited support in their countries of origin, and pay attention to gender balance in full compliance with the principles set out in the European Charter for Researchers.
