The University of Trieste is committed to providing both theoretical and concrete answers to two burning topical issues: the large numbers of people moving from the Global South to the Global North, and sustainable and lasting international cooperation. The University demonstrates this commitment through the Centre for Research on Migration and Development Cooperation (CRMCS), its interdisciplinary spirit, its vocation for applied studies, and its joint projects with third-sector organisations and NGO partners active in low-income countries.
