The volume “Il Contenzioso di Ateneo” (University Litigation), Editoriale Scientifica (2025), edited by Andrea Crismani, has been published.

The publication opens with a preface by Magnifico Rettore Roberto Di Lenarda and brings together the contributions of those who have worked in recent years to build, consolidate and innovate the University's legal-administrative practices. In this sense, it represents not only a technical assessment, but also a cultural and institutional testimony of the experience gained.

The work brings together reflections and experiences gained in recent years on the subject of university administrative litigation, with the intention of contributing to the sharing of good practices and the valorisation of the work carried out in the legal field by the University.
