Do you want to define your career goals and improve your awareness of the skills you need to cultivate your career aspirations?

Mentors4UniTS is the mentorship project from the University of Trieste's Career Service that will provide you with a personal growth path in which your mentor (a professional graduate from UniTS) can help you focus on your professional goals and enhance your studies, aspirations and aptitudes. 

The mentor will be able to guide and support you in achieving greater self-awareness with regard to soft skills and job competences, improving your knowledge of professions and the labour market.

Starting in September 2024, Mentors4UniTS provides initial training, a one-hour online meeting per month between mentor and mentee with a planned minimum of 6 meetings. 

Each meeting can deepen macro-areas such as competences, career orientation, development of new skills, knowledge of the labour market in specific areas, etc.

The project also includes participation in job orientation seminars organised by the Career Service. In addition, on the occasion of "Homecoming - UniTS Success Stories and Aperitif with Alumni" in December 2024, you will be able to meet your mentor in person! 

The following day, mentors and mentees will be able to work in group and pair sessions in a morning dedicated to Mentors4UniTS activities.
