On Saturday, September 6, the final meeting of the initiative “Reflections from the Karst to the Seashore”, organized within the PRO-BENE-COMUNE project, will take place. The activity consists of a guided walk, during which participants will be invited to reflect and engage in dialogue on topics related to psychological well-being, the connection between mind and body, and the importance of adopting a mindful lifestyle.

The event is free of charge and open to the entire university community (students, faculty members, and technical-administrative staff) and will be held in both Italian and English, thanks to the collaboration with SISSA. The chosen route is the Ressel Trail, which is also suitable for blind participants.

To register, it is necessary to:

  • complete and send the specific liability waiver;
  • fill out the Google Form for reservation (registered participants will receive further details via email a few days before the event).
