As part of the PRO-BENE-COMUNE project—promoted by the Italian Ministry of Universities and Research to support the psycho-physical well-being of the student community—the University of Trieste is carrying out a series of research and training initiatives for students.

At this stage, the project is structured around two main activities:

1) National survey on psychological well‑being in universities

UniTS is participating in a multicenter study with partner universities to collect information on lifestyles, habits, and behaviors that may influence students’ psychological well‑being.

The aim is to provide an up-to-date picture of the factors that promote or hinder mental health in the university context and to develop effective tools and support pathways.

To take part, complete the online questionnaire:

2) Life Skills Laboratory

The Life Skills Laboratory is active: a 30-hour training pathway open to all students, designed to strengthen personal and relational skills considered fundamental for psycho-physical well‑being.

The initiative alternates informational sessions with practical activities and is also part of the project’s research actions: the data collected will make it possible to assess its effectiveness and define replicable good practices.

The laboratory will be repeated until the end of July. Information on dates, registration procedures, and upcoming editions will be published:

  • in the Events section of the UniTS website,
  • on the official social media channels,
  • and sent by email to those enrolled in the project’s Moodle course.
