Data avviso 23 October 2025 Testo avviso Registration is now open for the Introductory Course to Mindfulness Meditation, organized as part of the PRO-BENE-COMUNE project and led by dr. Monica Santarossa and dr. Alessio Matiz. The course is free and open to the entire university community (students, faculty, and administrative staff) and aims to provide tools for managing stress, cultivating mindfulness, and improving physical and mental well-being.The meetings will be held in Building C11, Via Giorgeri 1 (Council Hall, first floor), on the following dates: Tuesday, October 28, November 4, 11, and 18, 2025, from 4:30 to 6:30 pm.The course follows the MOM (Mindfulness-Oriented Meditation) program and is free and open to the entire university community.A certificate of attendance will be issued to those who attend all classes.Seats available: Maximum 20 per session.Want to learn how to manage stress, regain calm and balance, and live with greater awareness of your body and mind?
