Issue 34 (January 2026) of the journal "Visioni LatinoAmericane", a scientific periodical of the Center for Latin American Studies (CSAL) of the University of Trieste, published by EUT Edizioni Università di Trieste, is available online.

The booklet "Dynamics of Inclusion and Exclusion as Disafions for Democracy: Populism, Authoritarianism, and Neoliberalism at the Beginnings of the 21st Century", edited by José Vicente Vezzosi and Lea Watzinger, analyzes the profound geopolitical upheavals characterizing the contemporary world, marked by wars, totalitarian regimes, and a growing shrinking of democratic spaces.

Directed by professor Francesco Lazzari, "Visioni LatinoAmericane" (Latin American Visions) is an international forum for discussion and research, aimed at promoting the development of the social sciences and humanities from a transnational perspective.
