Please be informed that new-generation food and beverage vending machines will be installed by the Illiria Group, following a new concession, to replace the current ones.

The following payment methods may be used for the new vending machines:

- currency, with availability to get change in the event of a higher amount being consumed;

- Coven app for use via your smartphone;

- Tags.

For vending machines installed in buildings A, D, H3 and via Filzi, payment with credit cards will also be possible.

The current electronic keys will no longer be usable on the new vending machines and will be replaced by Tags.

Over the next few weeks, Illiria Group representatives will be present in the university buildings to replace the current electronic keys with the new Tags and transfer any remaining credits that cannot be reimbursed in any other way.

The deposit value for each returned key is € 3.00 for the Trieste campus and € 5.00 for the Gorizia campus, based on the amount paid for the first deposit. The security deposit for each new Tag delivered is € 5.00. Users in Trieste will therefore have to pay an amount of € 2.00 for each replacement.

Below is the list of sites where the replacement of keys or purchase of tags will take place until 12 June 2025:

Building A - ground floor left wing: Thursday 15.05.2025 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Building A - ground floor left wing: Friday 16.05.2025 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Building A - ground floor left wing: Thursday 05.06.2025 10:00 - 13:00

Building Q - San Giovanni: Friday 06.06.2025 10:00 - 12:00 o'clock

Androna Campo Marzio: Thursday 12.06.2025 10:00 - 13:00
