The following appointments are scheduled for the replacement of keys or purchase of tags for the Illiria Group's new food and beverage vending machines.

Building C11: 25.06.2025 Timetable: 10:00 - 13:00

Via Filzi building: 26.06.2025 Timetable: 10:00 - 13:00

Further dates will be announced in July.

The following payment methods may be used for new machines:

• currency, with availability to get change if the amount exceeds the consumption;
• Coven app for use via your smartphone;
• Tags.

For vending machines installed in buildings A, D, H3 and via Filzi, payment with credit cards will also be possible.

The current electronic keys will no longer be usable on the new vending machines and will be replaced by tags.

The security value for each individual key returned is € 3.00 for the Trieste location and € 5.00 for the Gorizia location (based on the amount paid for the first deposit). The cautionary value for each returned Tag is € 5.00 (Trieste users will have to pay an amount of € 2.00 for each single replacement).
