Registration is now open for the second edition of the Life Skills Development Workshop, organised as part of the PRO-BENE-COMUNE project. The workshop will begin on 28 April and will be held in person, in Room 4E, Building H3.

This is a 30-hour theoretical and experiential training programme, divided into three 10-hour modules, designed to provide essential transversal skills to effectively face personal and professional challenges.

Participation is free of charge and open to all students enrolled at the University of Trieste.

At the end of the workshop, participants who attend at least 75% of the total hours and complete both the entry and final questionnaires will receive an Open Badge—a digital certificate of the skills acquired, recognised and applicable in professional contexts.

The three course modules focus on the development of the following abilities:

Communication and Interpersonal Skills – Dr. Alan Mattiassi
Active listening, assertive communication, and negotiation techniques to effectively manage complex communication and improve interpersonal relationships.

Problem Solving and Decision Making – Dr. Diego Zambon
Structured strategies for tackling problems and making informed decisions, while fostering critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration in decision-making processes.

Stress and Emotion Management – Dr. Anna Di Francia
Tools for recognising and managing stress and emotions, promoting emotional awareness and adopting flexible coping strategies.
