The PRO-BENE-COMUNE 2.0 PROJECT intends to offer again this year a free Life Skills Development Workshop, open to the entire university community of the University of Trieste.

The workshop will be conducted by psychologists and consists of 30 in-person hours, divided into 3 modules of 10 hours each. By attending at least 75% of the total duration and completing initial and final questionnaires, participants will be able to obtain an Open Badge, also useful in professional contexts.

This theoretical–experiential workshop aims to develop key competencies for effectively addressing personal and professional challenges, with a focus on:

  1. Communication and relationships: active listening, assertive communication, conflict management, and negotiation.
  2. Problem solving and decision making: structured approaches to problems, critical evaluation of information, creativity, teamwork, and collaborative decision-making processes.
  3. Stress and emotion management: recognizing signs of stress, applying strategies to reduce its impact, and understanding and managing one’s own emotions and those of others

If you are interested in participating, please fill out this short questionnaire and we will contact you as soon as the first edition is officially scheduled.

Don’t forget to enroll in our Moodle course PRO-BENE-COMUNE and to follow our Whatsapp Channel if you want to stay updated on all our upcoming activities.
