Applications are now open for the second edition of the Graduation Awards in memory of Engineer Francesco Gibertini, promoted by Consorzio Friuli Energia and the Energy Consortia Coordination of Confindustria, in collaboration with the University of Udine.

The initiative offers two awards of €2,500.00 each, aimed at graduates from the Master's degree programmes in Engineering at the Universities of Udine and Trieste who have discussed (or will discuss) a thesis related to one or more of the following topics:

• Energy efficiency in the manufacturing sector;
• Optimisation opportunities in energy markets for the manufacturing sector;
• Energy technologies and business support tools for energy consumption control;
• Network services in industrial areas;
• Energy transition for enterprises.

One of the two awards is primarily reserved for theses developed in collaboration with companies located in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region and submitted by candidates residing in one of the mountain municipalities in the provinces of Udine and Pordenone (see full list in the official call).
