Assaeroporti, the Italian Association of Airport Managers, is announcing four degree prizes, each worth 5,000 euros gross, for master's theses that explore the role of airports in the sustainable development of air transport. 

The theses must address the theme of sustainability, focusing on one or more dimensions such as economic growth, social development, or environmental protection. 

Requirements:

• Master's degree or single-cycle master's degree from an Italian university in the academic year 2024/2025 with a mark of no less than 100/110. 
• Thesis relevant to the proposed topic. 

How to participate: 

Send the application by 19th December 2025 to:  segreteria@assaeroporti.net, specifying in the subject line ‘Bando di selezione Assaeroporti - Domanda di partecipazione’. 

Documents required: 

• Completed participation form 
• Valid identity document 
• Abstract and copy of the thesis in PDF format 
• Curriculum vitae with list of examinations and marks 

Applications will be judged on the basis of clarity, originality, scientific relevance and adherence to the topic, also considering the candidate's qualifications and academic background.
