The University of Brescia, in collaboration with CeTAmb (Research Centre on Appropriate Technologies for Environmental Management in Low-Resource Countries) and with the financial support of Fondazione Cogeme, Fondazione Museke, Fondazione Sipec, and Fondazione Tovini, is pleased to announce the opening of a public call for applications for 3 awards dedicated to graduation and PhD theses.

Specifically:

• 2 awards will be granted to the best theses on the topic “Environmental management in low-resource countries”;
• 1 award will be granted to the best PhD thesis on the topic “Appropriate technologies for sustainable development in low-resource countries”.

The competition is open to:

• Bachelor's, Master’s and Single-cycle Master’s degree graduates;
• PhD holders,
  from any Italian university, who have defended their thesis between October 1, 2024 and September 30, 2025.

Application deadline: October 31, 2025
