The Ardis Trieste Psychological Counselling Service is organising a free personal growth course in a group consisting of five experiential meetings on self-awareness, self-esteem, assertiveness and emotional management. The course is free of charge and reserved to students of the University of Trieste, Trieste-Gorizia-Portogruaro branches. 

The cycle of meetings, reserved and conducted by psychologists and psychotherapists, will be held at the Casa dello Studente in Via Gozzi 5, Trieste, first floor, room 113, from 5.30 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the following days:

Wednesday 26.02.25;

Wednesday 12.03.25;

Wednesday 26.03.25;

Wednesday 02.04.25;

Wednesday 16.04.25.

Due to the limited number of participants (maximum 16 persons), attendance at all meetings is required.
