Data avviso 5 May 2026 Testo avviso A new edition of "Traveling Reflections – from the Carso to the Marina 2.0" kicks off in May, the series of walks promoted as part of the PRO-BENE-COMUNE 2.0 project by SISSA and the University of Trieste, dedicated to the well-being of the university community. From May 16th to October 3rd, the program offers a series of itineraries between the Karst Plateau and the Trieste coastline, designed to combine physical exercise and shared reflection. The initiative was born with a dual objective: to promote the benefits of group outdoor activity and foster greater awareness of the connection between mind and body. Each walk unfolds as a participatory experience: after an initial introduction, participants split into pairs and begin the journey, guided by questions posed by the organizers, which stimulate dialogue and discussion. Group discussions are planned along the route, with the opportunity to explore the themes that emerge through more structured activities. The program is divided into two cycles: one in the spring (7 sessions between May and June) and one in the fall (5 sessions between September and October), with meetings on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Saturday walks take place in the morning, while Wednesday walks take place in the late afternoon. No specific preparation is required, other than appropriate trekking clothing.Participation is free, but reservations are required via the online form.More information on registration, the complete schedule, and routes is available at the following link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe83xlvgVkLgMBSt1klOXE3Ijlg-QKQTIpwwXR24Q1EgJWKCg/viewform?usp=header" For updates on the project's activities, please refer to the Whatsapp channel: https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029Vb72b14GJP8J3GdfKt1z Allegati Document Locandina
