IN THE CONSTRUCTION SITE. Field Experiences for Ongoing Orientation – POT Architecture

On Tuesday 16 December and Wednesday 17 December 2025, students of the Single-Cycle Master's Degree in Architecture (DIA – UniTS) will participate in the seminar “two days IN THE CONSTRUCTION SITE”, an ongoing Orientation activity organised as part of the POT Programme.

The initiative includes site visits, visits, and hands-on lessons at one of the most significant urban regeneration projects in Friuli Venezia Giulia: the redevelopment of the former Sanatorium (formerly Pneumology) in Gorizia, which will become a new Community Hospital and headquarters of the Territorial Operations Center.

The activity is led by instructors Sara Basso and Adriano Venudo, with the direct involvement of the Setten company, the Project Manager, the Construction Safety Coordinator, and the company's technical managers.

The seminar is intended as an advanced training opportunity on the technical implementation of interventions and the detailed design of heritage buildings, combining regeneration and contemporary construction site practices.
