On Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2024, at the opening ceremony of the 23rd Scientific Conference of the Society for Gestalt Theory and its Applications (GTA) to be held at the University of Milan Bicocca, Tiziano Agostini, professor of General Psychology at the Department of Life Sciences at the University of Trieste, will be awarded the Wolfgang Metzger Prize, a prestigious international recognition for the book “Showing Time: Continuous Pictorial Narrative and the Adam and Eve Story - In Memory of Alberto Argenton”, which he co-authored. This is the second time the Metzger Prize has been awarded in Trieste. In 1987, in fact, the award had been given to Gaetano Kanizsa and Riccardo Luccio.
