Festival of Sustainable Development 2025 promoted by ASVIS

On Thursday, 22 May 2025, from 9 a.m. to 1.30 p.m., at the Portogruaro Campus Ancient Library in via del Seminario 34/a, the conference “Widespread educational ecosystem: promoting sustainable living and learning” will take place.

The event has been selected and included in the calendar of activities of the ASVIS (Italian Alliance for Sustainable Development) Sustainable Development Festival: https://2025.festivalsvilupposostenibile.it/cal/12/ecosistema-educativo-diffuso-promuovere-un-abitare-e-un-apprendimento-sostenibile

The conference will also present - among others - the results of a two-year research project entitled: "Ecosistema educativo diffuso: reti connettive fra scuola e città" (Widespread educational ecosystem: connective networks between school and city) that involved a network of eight schools in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, launching a participatory planning process with the schools (and with the different local stakeholders: municipality technical tables, educators, families) for a pedagogical and architectural redevelopment of the school spaces and neighbouring areas according to Sustainable Development Goals to build a widespread educational ecosystem between school and territory.
