On Friday, April 5, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at Bachelet Lecture Hall, Central Building A on campus, right wing, and online on Ms Teams channel, the tenth ICERNA - International Conversation Euro Regio North Adriatic conference will be held, titled "MARITIME GOVERNANCE: LEGAL FRAMEWORKS AND ADMINISTRATIVE JURISDICTION (Croatia, Italy and Slovenia: experiences compared)".

It is precisely in 2024, the centennial year of the University of Trieste, that the tenth ICERNA - International Conversation Euro Regio North Adriatic conference will be celebrated, bringing together the experiences of the judiciary and academia of the states bordering the North Adriatic, Croatia, Italy and Slovenia.

This year's theme is particularly close to the countries' experiences: the management of port areas and maritime space.

Roberto Di Lenarda, Rector of the University of Trieste, and Zeno d’Agostino, President of the ESPO and President of the Port Network Authority of the Eastern Adriatic Sea, will also be present at the conference.
