On Tuesday, March 10, 2026, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm, at the Sala Cappella, former Military Hospital, in Via Fabio Severo 40, Trieste, Giorgio Banti (Professor Emeritus, University of Naples L’Orientale and Ismeo – The International Association for Mediterranean and Oriental Studies) will hold a seminar entitled "The journey of the Somali language, from orality to literacy, multiple media, international science and IT".

The seminar is organized by the Collegio Universitario Luciano Fonda of Trieste.

The meetings will be held in person and are free to attend, but registration is required.
