On December 10, 2024, at 3:00 PM, in Room 1B of Building H3, the seminar "The Potential of Play as a Vehicle for Well-being, Personal Growth, and Socialization" will take place, curated by Dr. Alan Mattiassi, PhD, from the Game Science Research Center.

The seminar will explore play in all its forms – from video games to board games, from role-playing games to gamebooks – as a tool to improve well-being, develop cognitive, emotional, and relational skills, and foster socialization.

Through an overview of the main theories and practical applications, Dr. Mattiassi will present concrete examples of how play can be used in different contexts, offering useful insights for those wishing to deepen this method of growth and connection.

The seminar will last for 2 hours, including a Q&A session with the audience.
