Testo evento

For the centenary of UniTS and the birth of Franco Basaglia, there will be an event every Friday from May 3rd to May 31st at San Giovanni Park in Trieste

Fifth and final appointment on Friday, May 31

Walks through nature and history, meetings on greenery, book discussions, children's workshops, wine tastings, and a new theater section created on the occasion of the Centenary of the University of Trieste and the birth of Franco Basaglia. These are the elements around which the diverse program of the 13th edition of Rose Libri Musica Vino will revolve, the cultural event promoted from its inception by the social cooperative Agricola Monte San Pantaleone in collaboration with the University of Trieste. As always, the events will take place every Friday in May in the rose garden of San Giovanni Park, during the peak flowering period of its thousands of roses.

The novelty of this edition is the section Cent'anni dell’Università in scena (Centennial of the University on stage). During the five days of the event, a different performance dedicated to some prominent figures who have contributed to the long history of excellence, research, creativity, and ingenuity of the University will be staged each time in the rose garden (or at the Franco and Franca Basaglia Theater in case of bad weather), in collaboration with the main theaters of the city.

The fifth and final Rose Books Music Wine event will take place on Friday, May 31 starting at 3:30 pm.
