On Tuesday 22nd October at 17:30, in the Monfalcone Public Library (Via Ceriani 10), there will be the presentation of the book ‘Law of Socially Responsible Organisations. A Handbook of Third Sector Entities, Cooperatives, Benefit Societies and their Relations with the Public Administration’ by Professor Alceste Santuari, Associate Professor of Economic Law at the University of Bologna.

The meeting will be introduced by Andrea Crismani, Full Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Trieste and Director of the Master ‘DMTS - Third Sector Law and Management’.

The handbook deals with the legal profiles of Third Sector entities, cooperatives and benefit societies, all organisations dedicated to purposes of general interest. It is a useful resource not only for students of Third Sector Entities and Cooperatives Law, but also for non-profit practitioners, officials and managers of local authorities, as well as notaries, accountants and lawyers.
