On Wednesday 28 February 2024, at 10.30 am, at the Ex Ospedale Militare, via Fabio Severo 40, Trieste, the Work Orientation Workshop ‘OnBoarding GAME: how to take your first steps in a company’ will take place.

What awaits you once you join a company? What is OnBoarding? Take part in an interactive experience with MAW S.p.A. trainers to discover how to take your first steps in a company.

· From 10:30 a.m.: Holding Companies - We will explore business processes and develop knowledge about the complex functions that make up a company. How to use Linkedin as a strategic tool to get your next job interview will also be explained.

· From 11:30: OnBoarding - Discover what OnBoarding is by becoming the main character of a game that will make you experience the point of view of both the manager and the new employee.

By taking part in the event, MAW S.p.A.'s experts will accompany you through your first steps in a company, also providing you with a welcome kit and a useful surprise for your professional future.
