On Thursday, November 27, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, professor Anna Kijanowska will hold a lecture titled "New trends in music: ecology and technology" in classroom C2, Androna Baciocchi 4.

Prof. Anna Kijanowska is an internationally acclaimed Polish-American pianist, hailed by The New York Times as “an excellent young Polish pianist”. A passionate performearnd educator, she appears worldwide, championing both the classical canon and contemporary repertoire. Renowned for her commitment to Polish music, she has released award-winning recordings and presented numerous international premières. Frequently invited by leading universities and festivals across the globe, she combines virtuosity with artistic curiosity and a warm, engaging teaching style.

The event is organized by the Department of Humanities of the University of Trieste.
