On Thursday, November 20, 2025, as part of the Administrative Law Course, dr. Giampaolo Giunta, Secretary General of the Municipality of Trieste, will offer a general overview of the Municipality, including its organization, functions, and performance.

The seminar, entitled "Local Authorities. The Municipality. Organization, Function, and Performance", will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in Room 3A, Building D of the Piazzale Europa Campus.

Presented and moderated by Giacomo Biasutti, associate professor of Administrative Law.

The meeting will offer an overview of the administrative organization of municipalities and the main procedures, measures, and services provided by these types of local authorities.
Case studies and practical examples will be presented to facilitate an understanding of the topics covered.

The seminar is open to the public.
