On Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., the meeting "Law No. 1 of January 7, 2026: New Perspectives on Accountability and Control" will be held in the Cacciaguerra Hall, Building A, DiSPeS. The meeting is part of the Administrative Law and Public Accounting Course.

The event will focus on the presentation of the Commentary on Law No. 1 of January 7, 2026 (the so-called "Foti Reform"), with particular attention to the main changes regarding the Court of Auditors, administrative and accounting liability, audits, and tax protection.
The meeting will take the form of a dialogue between academia, the accounting judiciary, and public administrations, with the aim of exploring the new balance outlined by the reform between audit requirements, public accountability, and the valorization of administrative action.
Representatives of the Court of Auditors – Friuli Venezia Giulia, university professors, scholars, and institutional representatives will participate.

This initiative is part of the "Dialogues on Accounting and Public Finance" series.
