On Wednesday, 29 October 2025, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., a new seminar entitled ‘Value chain in an insurance company’ will take place at the Department of Economics, Business, Mathematics and Statistics of the University of Trieste, as part of the initiative ‘Knowing the industry: actuarial students meet actuaries’.

The speaker will be dr Diego Scapolan, Senior Productivity Expert at Allianz Commercial in Munich, who will talk about “Key players in an insurance company and how value is created; interdependencies between different roles and some new organisational trends; automation, rightshoring, GenAI: insurance companies try to modernise”.
