IPS-TM Event Inside and Outside Words – Book Festival – May 8, 9, and 10, 2026

Activities continue for Inside and Outside Words. War and Peace in Friuli Venezia Giulia, a project promoted by the Teatro degli Sterpi – Hangar Teatri Association and implemented with funding from the 2025 Regional Historical and Ethnographic Call for Educational and Teaching Projects on Expressive Reading Aloud, aimed at schools and universities.

The next event involving some professors and CELs from the linguistic section (SSLMIT) of the Department of Legal Sciences, Language, Interpreting and Translation (IUSLIT) of the University of Trieste is the Book Festival, which will be held from 8 to 10 May 2026 at Hangar Teatri and in various locations around the city.

In particular, the IUSLIT Department will be actively involved in two initiatives:

• Friday, May 8, 2026, 8:30 PM, Hangar Teatri, Via Luigi Pecenco 10:

"Notti Ground – Universi" - Performance-reading of readings and live music with presentations by teachers from the Inside and Outside the Words project.

• Saturday, May 9, 10 AM-1 PM, Hangar Teatri, Via Luigi Pecenco 10:

Round table discussion to discuss Inside and Outside the Words, a project of expressive reading aloud from the theater for schools and universities.
